近期，重庆医科大学柳满然教授团队在Cancer communications（IF=20.1）上发表题为“Tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase-positive matrix fibroblasts fuel breast cancer lung metastasis via kynurenine-mediated ferroptosis resistance of metastatic cells and T cell dysfunction.（色氨酸2,3-双加氧酶阳性基质成纤维细胞通过犬尿氨酸介导的转移细胞铁死亡抵抗和T细胞功能障碍促进乳腺癌肺转移）”的研究，发现TDO2阳性基质成纤维细胞(MFs)在促进肺转移和转移性肿瘤细胞(DTCs)在转移微环境中的免疫逃逸中扮演着关键角色。该项研究表明肺特异性基质细胞的代谢可能是一种有效的治疗策略，用于治疗有肺转移的乳腺癌患者。

该项研究中，使用了欣博盛生物（NeoBioscience Technology Co, Ltd）的QuantiCyto® Mouse IFN-γ ELISA kit（小鼠γ干扰素酶联免疫吸附法试剂盒），用于检测CD4+与CD8+ T细胞上清液中IFN-γ的含量。
