炎症反应是机体对损伤作出的一种保护性反应,其目的是将损伤源破坏、稀释并清除,但与此同时也会引起不同程度的自身组织损伤。现有的抗炎药,如皮质类固醇和糖皮质激素等,一般都有副作用,并会在炎症组织中蓄积。四川大学王云兵教授团队将泼尼松龙(Pred)通过ROS敏感键与双光子荧光团(TP)桥接形成诊断治疗化合物TPP,然后由两亲性聚合物PMPC-PMEMA(PMM)通过自组装加载进核壳结构的胶束(TPP@PMM)。TPP@PMM可以通过水肿组织实现在炎症部位的积聚,并通过对局部过表达的ROS的系列反应来准确释放抗炎药物。此外,由于AIE活性荧光团TP,TPP @ PMM可以在体内以独特的双光子高分辨率成像对炎症进行追踪。TPP@PMM作为急慢性炎症治疗的潜在策略,具有相当大的前景。该研究成果以 ”Reactive Oxygen Species Responsive Theranostic Nanoplatform for Two-Photon Aggregation-Induced Emission Imaging and Therapy of Acute and Chronic Inflammation” 为题,发表在国际权威期刊《ACS Nano》上。
