人 MMP-1 简介：

MMP-1（Matrix metalloproteinase-1）是由 11 号染色体 q22.3 上MMP1 基因编码的间质胶原酶，是第一个被克隆和纯化的脊椎动物胶原酶。MMP-1 由 5 个不同的功能结构域构成，分别为信号肽区、前肽区、催化区、连接区和血液结合素样区（hemopexin-like domain）。

基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)是一个大家族，因其需要 Ca++、Zn++等金属离子作为辅助因子而得名，MMPs 参与正常生理过程中（如胚胎发育、复制、组织重建），和一些疾病进程中（如关节炎和肿瘤转移）胞外基质的降解，MMP-1 特异性的降解 I,II,和 III 型间质胶原。
